All the Moonlite chin are owned and loved by  Phillip and Keyna  Baker and John and Patricia Gerberich.

Any pet puppies that are placed will be SPAYED or NEUTERED or placed with a Spay/Neuter contract. No pet chin will be placed with AKC papers until it has been spayed or neutered.  There will be no exceptions. 

If we place one of our Japanese Chin in a  show home, there will be expectations for that chin--which will not be limited to showing and finishing that chin, but will include future breeding and placement of any chin from our breeding program.  These chin placements will be with a clearly written-contract and the prospective owner must agree and sign to these terms.
